Welcome to www.idahoarmsammo.com. This Site is owned and operated by Idaho Arms and Ammo, LLC and Idaho Arms and Ammo, LLC dba Idaho Arms & Ammo (“we,” or “us”). These Online Firearm Purchase Guidelines govern your use of our Site to purchase any regulated items, including firearms and ammunition. Please read these Guidelines carefully. By using the Site, you consent to these legally binding Guidelines, Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated
If your state or local jurisdiction imposes additional fees (i.e. background check fee, etc.), you will be responsible for these at the time of pick-up.
You are only permitted to purchase firearms that are not restricted in the state or jurisdiction where you reside. We do not sell to California, New York or Washington or any other location where the firearm you are purchasing is restricted. Firearms may be shipped to other states provided (1) it is legal for you to acquire the firearm in the state where the store is located and (2) it is legal for you to acquire the firearm in the state, county and city where you reside.
You are responsible for inspecting the firearm prior to accepting the transfer while in our store / at the federal firearm licensee (FFL) at your location.
You understand we do not accept returns of any firearms (including suppressors) or ammunition and after the item(s) has/have been transferred to you, you must contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
Other, non-regulated items may be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase, provided the item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it (including in its original packaging). To complete an eligible return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply email us with your order number. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded for any reason.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days of our notifying you of the pending refund. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, at our discretion. If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days of our email accepting the returned item, first check with the applicable financial institution.Refunds are often subject to additional processing time by the financial institution before the refund will post to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@idahoarmsammo.com.
We only replace non-regulated items (i.e NOT FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a non-regulated item for the same item, send an email referencing your order number and the reason you are requesting an exchange to info@idahoarmsammo.com and, after we approve your exchange via email, send your item to:

All in stock, non-regulated (ie not firearms or ammunition) items ship in 24 hours or less.
Orders for firearm(s) must be placed by the actual recipient of the firearm(s). You may not order firearms for receipt by another person.
Idaho Arms & Ammo, LLC will transfer firearms to purchasers only after complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations governing firearm transfers.
It is your responsibility to ensure your possession of a firearm is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Idaho Arms & Ammo, LLC takes no responsibility for your violation of any applicable law or regulation. If you do not know the applicable laws, you must consult with legal counsel. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. If you purchase an item that cannot be transferred to you at the time of pick-up for any reason, any refund to you is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Purchasers of handguns, receiver / frames, and pistol grip firearms must be at least 21 years of age. Generally, purchasers of long guns (rifles and shotguns) must be at least 18 years of age. However, some states have additional age requirements for certain long gun purchases that may require the buyer to be 21 years of age or older.
Some items cannot be sold in certain locations.
Firearms are sold as equipped. We do not modify the manufacturer’s configuration.
IF YOU PURCHASE A FIREARM, FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES YOU TO PICK IT UP AT OUR STORE IN PERSON OR, IF YOU ARE OUT OF OUR AREA OR A RESIDENT OF ANOTHER STATE, FOR US TO SHIP IT TO AN FFL (FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSEE) IN YOUR AREA OR IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE.
IF WE ARE SHIPPING YOUR FIREARM, YOU MUST SEND US AN EMAIL TO:info@idahoarmsammo.com WITH YOUR ORDER # AND THE NAME AND NUMBER/EMAIL OF THE FFL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE INDICATING WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE US TO SHIP YOUR FIREARM. YOU MUST INCLUDE THE FFL’S LICENSE NUMBER AND EIN NUMBER. WE WILL CONTACT YOUR DESIGNATED FFL AND ARRANGE SHIPMENT. ONCE YOUR FIREARM ARRIVES, YOUR DESIGNATED FFL WILL CONTACT YOU SO YOU CAN PICK IT UP. TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY US AT TIME OF SHIPMENT TO YOUR DESIGNATED FFL. INSTRUCTIONS WILL ALSO BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER.
In compliance with the Gun Control Act, National Firearms Act (NFA), and federal regulations, all NFA items purchased must be submitted for approval to the BATFE NFA Branch (ATF). Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. Once the ATF approves the transfer, you will be able to either pick up your item or it will be shipped to an FFL/SOT of your choosing. Processing times for NFA items will vary and are subject to change, and will take longer than non-NFA item processing times.
If you are ordering an NFA item, you MUST have your selected dealer send us the FFL and SOT licensing numbers to info@idahoarmsammo.com with a reference to your order number. If you entered the FFL information at checkout, that is NOT enough. Unless we have previously shipped an NFA item to your designated dealer, we do not have all the needed info to send an NFA item. Have your dealer contact us with their license information. We will not be able to process your order until this information is received.
Due to the number of FFL/NFA items we process each week we will NOT HUNT DOWN YOUR FFL’S INFORMATION FOR YOU. We simply don’t have enough hours in the day to contact the dealer from every order. We need you to have them contact us. If your designated FFL does not contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase, you agree that we may cancel your order and issue a refund less a 25% restocking fee.
Please have a copy of the email confirming that the order is ready to pick up. This email will include your order number and name. The name on the order must match the name of the customer picking up the firearm.
Please bring a valid, government-issued photo identification including your name, date of birth and current physical address when picking up your firearm.
If your state or locale has any specific licensing or permit requirements, ensure that you possess these prior to picking up your firearm. Please contact local your own legal counsel if you have any questions regarding federal, state or local laws related to purchasing firearms.
