Sionics BCG Phospate/Chrome

The SIONICS Phosphate Bolt Carrier Group is a high-quality, Mil-Spec BCG that is machined to USGI specifications. It has a Parkerized exterior and a chrome-lined interior. The carrier includes a proper Mil-Spec gas key that is chrome-lined and heat treated. The gas key is secured to the carrier via OCKS (Optimized Carrier Key Screws) and properly staked. Each carrier includes an installed gasket formed by aviation Permatex that is applied by hand to the mating surfaces between the gas key and the carrier.

The bolt assembly is machined from Mil-Spec Carpenter No. 158® Steel and is shot peened for increased strength. It includes a tool steel machined extractor and ejector, an HD Sprinco extractor spring, and is high pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected.

Prior to shipping, all SIONICS Bolt Carrier Groups are test fired for function. Because of the test firing procedure, the bolt carrier group may show handling marks consistent with these quality control procedures.
